Summary: We booked this hotel for about 30 people for a wedding around the corner. Rooms are a good size & the hotel appears clean. At check in there was confusion around the rooms that were booked for single or double occupancy & they said we had to change rooms due to the taxes or we had to pay 38€ for a 2nd room key even though the single & double rooms were identical! On the day of the wedding, the restaurant was closed due to being short staff & we couldn’t even get a coffee for the bride whose wedding was at 6pm. Despite linking in with Son Marroig & accommodating lots of wedding guests, they don’t have a steamer & the requested iron never turned up. We were also told we could not bring the cake into the hotel as it needed a fridge and we weren’t allowed to bring our own in either. The day after the wedding, there was no hot water to any of the rooms. They said they were fixing it & delayed our check out by 30 minutes but the water was not fixed & we didn’t get any compensation or even an apology. The receptionist just said no when we enquired about some money back for the 30 odd guests we had booked! She didn’t even remove the extra breakfast charges as a gesture of goodwill. The breakfast was 18€ each & was definitely not worth it. We had 1 runny poached egg out of 7! Even after we had sent the first lot back. They started removing food & drink before breakfast was due to finish at 11am despite us still being there & our delayed checkout. Location-fab. Not worth the money.

Summary: Few minutes from Valldemosa and few mor from Deià. Quiet and beautiful, in the middle of nature, the views are impresive. I will comment on the fact that I made sure it had AC but was set for heating so it never came on and we like the room at 70F or 18C at least so was difficult to sleep because of that

Summary: It’s indicated as a 4 stars but services are very limited and looks more a 3 stars hotel. The room was missing the basics of amenities like shampoo and not enough towels.

Summary: A recently fully refurbished hotel with great views to sea. A good base to explore this beautiful mountainous coastal area. Fairly remote though Valldemossa and Deja just a short drive away. Very large rooms with a balcony. Great breakfast.

Summary: Very Nice Hotel , very Good room! Cleanliness is Sterling! Friendly and Fantastic Staff. Location is recommended for tracks and climbs in Central Tramuntana. The Sauna and Spa Priceless after a long day out. Restaurant at Hotel is ok, honest and Good.

Summary: Absolutely stunning views. Easy travel to local towns with bus stop right outside. Very peaceful and quiet but we did stay early October so may just be because of the time of year.

Summary: An incredible view, overlooking the sea, within the mountains. It is a 5 minute drive to Valdemossa - such a beautiful and historic village. An 8 minute drive to Deia and about 25 to Sollier. If you are nervous of driving mountain roads,it may not be for you but the scenery is incredible. Our room was large, clean and modern and every room has a balcony. The breakfast was great. Very good value!
